My mission is to provide high-quality, valuable consulting and digital services. I am committed to your satisfaction and have established the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness regarding refunds for services purchased through alokdas.com.np.

1. One-to-One Consultations

For one-to-one consultation sessions (e.g., hourly calls, in-person meetings), payment is due prior to the scheduled session.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

2. Custom Packages & Project-Based Services

For larger projects and custom packages (e.g., digital transformation consulting, website development, marketing campaigns), terms will be outlined in a specific service agreement. Generally, these projects involve an upfront deposit.

• Deposits: The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable as it covers the initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
• Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project after it has started, refunds for any subsequent payments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work already completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., a consultation session has been completed, a training workshop has been conducted), it is no longer eligible for a refund.
